Depending on how you interact with Maravya, we may collect contact and account details, business and billing information, communications, website usage and device data, and information supplied through fleet, telematics, maintenance, ERP, or other customer-authorized integrations.

Our customers determine what operational data they connect to the service. When we process personal information for a customer, that customer may act as the data controller or business and Maravya may act as its processor or service provider.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service; configure integrations and workflows; communicate about accounts and requests; process transactions; prevent misuse; comply with law; and pursue legitimate business purposes consistent with the context in which information was collected.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors that support hosting, analytics, communications, payments, security, and professional services; to customer-authorized integration providers; during a corporate transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal interests. We do not sell personal information for money. If applicable law treats a particular disclosure as a sale or sharing, you may contact us to exercise an opt-out right.

The services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Customer integrations and third-party websites operate under their own privacy terms, which we encourage you to review.
